Weekly SciJunkie News Letter – 12-30-2010
Well this week we launched our new podcast and let me know tell you I was hoping this first few weeks just to get the tech aspects out of the way so I could focus on having a little fun while casting. I had little tech issues and had more fun than I thought I ever would. I can not wait to have the monthly meeting and bring everything to allow the group to record sessions for each poscast.
We all had great time kind of fumbling though things, but it turned out to be a lot more fun than I thought it would be. So if you have not had a chance to download this week’s podcast please make sure you do, and leave me a skype voicemail at matt.mcintosh with your feedback we would love to hear from you and you may even make it on the show.
Now that brings me to this weeks article .. I got to thinking that if I was podcasting there must be some other really good podcast out there that have been around for a while. I started listening to many of them, well ok, I kind of got hooked on listening to them. The best Star Wars podcast out there (indeed the best podcast out there) is The Force Cast, the official podcast of theforce.net and rebelscum.com, found at http://www.forcecast.net. It’s only right to plug these guys. They keep me sane while I’m at work.
I just finished this weeks… And you are right they are damn good.
There are 2 really good Doctor Who Podcasts, you already listed Doctor Who Podshock, which I listen to on a regular basis, but Radio Free Skaro is even better in my opinion. They don’t do as many interviews and are mainly focused on the TV Show itself, and news, but they are alot of fun and always sound crystal clear.
